Selinum Wallichianum is a native of the Himalayas where it grows on the open, sunny slopes. it is an attractive perennial that adds colour to the landscape. Its delicate, feathery foliage is lightly scented and produces broad umbels of white flowers, held above delicate, fern-like foliage, from July and into autumn. As the flowers fade, they transform into beautiful seed-heads that further extend the interest. A reliable and long-lived hardy perennial. It is a low-maintenance, hardy plant that tolerates a wide range of soil types and conditions. Prefers full sun or partial shade in moist, well-drained soil.
